Braving the Waves

I consider myself a student of life and a citizen of the world wanting to learn & see all I can while I can.
I’ve always felt the insatiable urge to choose the other direction than most of my peers and now I can see how beneficial that has been in my personal journey of discovery.

Hiking in Canada

My reluctance to accept society’s map has led me on many interesting adventures, including my current one; living in Sunny, Beautiful Greece where all the stars aligned and led me to accomplish many of my goals such as starting my own Juice Bar & Cafe on the beach in Kefalonia as well as meeting my wonderful husbandβ™₯

I loved reading your story, Jessika! What a whirlwind of a free flowing life you’ve lived. If I find myself in Greece when you are still there, Fresko will be the place I’ll visit and hope to sit with you in the sun and hear more of your stories!!

Thanks so much for your positive feedback Quinn.

I really hope you do make it out here as it would be awesome to sit in the sun listening to the waves and chatting with one cool soul…

Jessika your story is so awesome! I love your lifestyle. Your an entrepreneur, a traveler, an adventurer. And you office is located on the beach! And you get to drink delicious, healthy juices all day long! I’m coming out to see you! πŸ™‚
I definitely think your story will inspire others as it has inspired me. It shows people that their dreams CAN become a reality no matter how much we or others tell ourselves it can be. No Ifs Ands Or Buts…it CAN. πŸ™‚

    Hi Jessika,
I knew when I saw your avatar that you were in Greece. (I saw your comment on @davidLFBreathe’s site.) Wow – that does sound like you are living a dream! My daughter and I had a trip to Greece in May of 2009 – a life-changing trip!
All the best! I’m adding your blog to my Reader!

It was last year (got my years mixed up!) – a mother daughter trip we’d planned for years. We had wonderful time in Athens, Mykonos, Crete and Santorini for 19 heavenly days. After you’ve seen those blue blue waters, you recognize them immediately. The photo ad on my blog is of my daughter on one of the ferries. It must be awesome to live there!
    Thanks for asking!

To bad we hadn’t connected before and you could have come to Kefalonia too. Next time you must make sure to hop to our island too πŸ™‚

My husband and I are actually living in Crete(Xania) for the winter and just about to return to Kefalonia for the summer.

Greece has its charms for sure that seem to draw back people year after year. If you get a chance check out the pictures for Fresko(our Cafe) on http://www.facebook/freskojuicebar. They will entice you to come back.

      Really happy to have connected.
